Please visit the instruction page for the SAGE application 2024-25 which contains the application link to create a login and submit application. 
Please note below: 
1. Prepare headshot and family pic for upload
2. Have unique student email address ready to submit
3. Create login 
4. Fill out application and pay $25 application fee
5. Log out then back into system in 24-48 hours to review the contract assigned and complete enrollment fee payment. 
6. Process completed. Welcome to SAGE!
